HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO ORDER PRINTS AND PACKAGES?
After you have received your gallery, there will be a two week ordering period. This will allow me to bulk deliver everyone's orders to the centre. After two weeks there will be a $20 individual delivery fee.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Online payments can be made using Direct Deposit, ZIP, PayPal, VISA or MASTERCARD using my secure payment gateway. *Please note that I do not accept Cash, AMEX or BPAY.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ONLINE PHOTO GALLERY?
Please allow up to three weeks for your online password protected gallery to be emailed to you (often it's much sooner).
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRINTS OR PRODUCTS THAT I HAVE ORDERED?
Please allow up to three weeks after ordering for your prints or products (often it can be sooner). Custom USB's can sometimes take a little longer so I recommend three weeks for those.
HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP MY PHOTOS ONLINE?
I will keep your password protected photo gallery online for three months after which it will expire and be deleted to save space for future galleries. You will receive an email reminder before it's about to expire. If you purchase digital files, please be sure to download them and back them up in at least two hard drives or computers. I always retain copies too.
CAN MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS VIEW OR PURCHASE IMAGES?
Yes they can. All you need to do is share your password protected gallery with them and they can share or purchase any prints and digital files.
DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?
I provide a 100% money back guarantee on all printed products - I will only deliver prints of the highest standard. If for some reason you are unhappy with your prints, please contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org and I will be more than happy to resolve any issue. *Please note that I do not offer any refunds for any digital file purchases.
WILL YOU EDIT MY CHILDS PHOTOS?
I always carefully colour correct my images and crop them so they're visually appealing. If I notice any small dirt marks etc. I will also edit these out. I won't edit any birth marks etc or alter appearances of any child.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY PHOTOS?
I always strive to create amazing photos but if for some reason you're not satisfied, please don't hesitate to let me know - I'm very easy-going! I will work with you to provide you with a happy outcome.
WHAT SHOULD I DRESS MY CHILD IN?
I typically advise to avoid clashing colours, logos, bold patterns etc. as I find it can sometimes be distracting to the eye. That said, I am aiming for really happy photos and if your little one knows what they love / don't love when it comes to wearing clothes, I'd always suggest making sure they're happy.
WILL MY CHILDS PHOTOS BE POSTED ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
A sneak peek will only be posted on my Instagram page if permission has been granted by a parent or guardian. You can advise this when completing your registration form. You can find us @luluandfriendsphotography.
CAN I SHARE MY PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Of course! I love it when clients share images that I have created and I always appreciate being acknowledged in any photos shared online. I do however respectfully ask that you do not alter, crop or edit your images in any way. This includes any colour conversions, filters and removal of the Lulu & Friends Photography watermark if the files have not yet been purchased.
I HAVE TWO OF MORE CHILDREN. CAN I GET PHOTOS OF THEM TOGETHER?
Absolutely! All you need to do is complete your registration form and I will take care of scheduling for you. In regards to your gallery, emphasis will be placed on capturing images of the siblings together first and then some individually. Unfortunately I don't photograph siblings together who don't attend the centre due to time constraints.
HOW MANY PHOTOS DO I RECEIVE?
I provide approximately 10 full resolution images from a portrait session. For sibling galleries, I provide approximately 20-30 images.
DO YOU PROVIDE BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOS?
Yes I do. You get a black and white copy from every colour photograph I have chosen for your gallery.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CHILD IS SICK OR ABSENT ON MY SCHEDULED PHOTO DAY?
Please don't worry at all - I will happily schedule another time to come in and photograph your child. All you need to do is let me or the centre know.
