Meet Sue and Lulu

​

Hi, I’m Sue, the groomer behind Lulu and Friends. I provide one-to-one dog grooming for small and medium dogs in my quiet, purpose-built home studio in Cheltenham, near Mentone.

I’ve groomed dogs since 2012 and previously ran a busy salon. I created Lulu and Friends so I could give each dog my full attention in a calmer setting. I work with one dog at a time and take only a small number of appointments each day, allowing time for careful grooming and a beautifully finished style.

My qualifications include City & Guilds in the UK and International Professional Groomers in the US. I’ve also trained in Australia with Melanie Newman and Nicky Renwood. I bring that experience to every appointment, while getting to know each dog’s coat, comfort and individual needs.

Lulu, my Havanese, is the little companion behind the name. She reminds me why gentle handling and personal care matter so much.

Appointments are available by appointment Tuesday to Friday at my Cheltenham studio. I look forward to welcoming you and your dog.
